Serena Wang, principle of Three Flows, was invited to attend Wayfair's Executive Summit held in Shanghai on December 12th, 2024 .
There were about 2,000 sellers, vendors, guests, and Wayfair leaders at the 3-day event. The atmosphere could be best described as "anxious".
Serena attended a close-door meeting with Wayfair's founders and senior executives where she presented her observations of the e-commerce industry and recommendations as how companies like Wayfair could learn from Amazon.
